Return & Refund Policy – MJ Lovers

1. At MJ Lovers, customer satisfaction is our priority.

2. We only accept returns in case of damaged or wrong products.

3. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

4. Product must be unused and in original packaging.

5. We may ask for proof (images/video) before approving return.

6. Returns without valid reason will not be accepted.

7. Refunds are processed after product inspection.

8. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

9. Refund may take 5–7 working days to process.

10. In some cases, we may offer replacement instead of refund.
